the location was acceptable near paddington station.

My 'small single room' was very basic. It included old furniture and an outdated bathroom. the room lacked a kettle for making tea or coffee and this was disappointing. the bathroom was also very small with uncomfortable facilities.

The location was excellent. I walked to several attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room had a tv. I found several channels to watch at night. i also appreciated how the staff quickly brought an electric kettle to my room when i asked for hot water.

the wooden floors transmitted a lot of noise from the street.

A Convenient and Friendly Stay

The staff were friendly and recognized me each time I entered. The bed was very super clean and cozy. Housekeeping made the bed and emptied the bins daily. I had 24-hour access to the front desk, convenient. Good transport links were available nearby!!!

The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. the staff at reception were helpful, especially with directions. my room was cleaned daily, which i always appreciate. i found the proximity to paddington station convenient!

I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The shower head needed a replacement.

the staff were friendly from start to finish and recognised me each time i went in and out of the hotel.

My room was small and uncomfortable. Apart from a small board on the wall and a coat hook, there was nothing at all, not even a hair dryer. The tv didn't work and the shower only produced hot water, made showering impossible.
